I was reading through Patricia Louise Kelley's case again and noticed something curious about the possibility of her traveling to Florida. It seems odd to me that they focused on High Springs or Cross City. For someone with her visual impairment to venture that far without her glasses seems incredibly risky. Has anyone ever dug into why those areas specifically were considered? Was there a known connection, like family or friends, or was it just a random theory? Also, given that it’s been decades, wouldn’t there have been sightings or hints if she made it there? I feel like this angle either holds a key piece of the puzzle or is a red herring that's taken attention away from more local leads. Would love to hear if anyone has more insights or theories on this.
