I’ve been diving into this case, and something that keeps bothering me is the neighbor sightings. It’s eerie to think that someone saw an unidentified man casually leaving the Dubs’ home with a box. What could have been in that box? Personal belongings? Video equipment? Evidence? Also, considering there was a car seen leaving the apartment, I wonder if anyone back then might have managed to catch a partial plate number or recognize the model. Even a tiny detail like that might have helped unravel the situation sooner. It seems like there were potential witnesses just feet away, yet the puzzle pieces never quite fit. Anyone else follow this thread or have more info on those neighbor accounts?

Hey everyone, I was reading about the Dubs family case, and something I'm really curious about is how the neighbors' accounts were handled. It seems like their observations could have been crucial. I mean, a neighbor actually saw a man leaving with a box, and another spotted a car leaving. Were there any composite sketches made from these sightings? Did the neighbors describe any distinctive features of the suspects or the vehicle? I feel like these details might have given investigators a stronger lead early on. I wonder if any potential witnesses back then hesitated to come forward or if there's more to those sightings than what’s been disclosed to the public. It’s just mind-boggling how some clues can seem so solid and yet don't lead to a resolution. Would love to hear anyone else's thoughts on this or any similar cases where neighbor testimonies played a big role!
