I recently came across the tragic case of Leonard Lockett, and it just makes me think about how terrifying it must have been for him during those last moments. Being in your own home, a place that’s supposed to be your safe haven, and suddenly it turns into a scene of violence. I can't even imagine the shock his family and friends must still be feeling all these years later. The idea that the person or people responsible are still out there is really unsettling. I wonder if there have been any recent public meetings or community events where this case has been discussed? Maybe keeping Leonard's story in the spotlight could spark someone’s memory or encourage them to come forward. Sending strength to his loved ones as they continue living with this unimaginable loss.
