Has anyone else been following the Philip Michael Zarba case? I’ve been curious about what was happening around San Rafael in 1984. The timing of his disappearance is peculiar, especially considering it wasn't reported until over a year later. I wonder if the delayed report could have impacted the investigation early on. If someone looks lost for such a long period without alerting authorities, could there have been instances where evidence or witnesses just slipped through the cracks? It’s so frustrating that despite having his DNA and fingerprints, there haven’t been any leads. Anyone hear of any similar cases where delayed reports hindered investigations?
