Has anyone else found it odd that Linda's purse was found in a post office mailbox in Cincinnati? It’s always struck me as strange that it turned up there, especially considering the distance from her home in Springfield Township. Why would it be miles away like that? Was someone trying to throw investigators off the scent, or did Linda manage to get away from home on her own somehow and leave it there herself? It's a baffling detail that doesn't seem to match up with the other facts in the case. You have to wonder if whoever left it there intended for it to be found, maybe even as a message or taunt to those looking for her. The purse being in such a public yet random place seems like it could have been intended to mislead. Thoughts?
Something that's been bothering me about Linda Bowdre's case is the discovery of her purse. I mean, finding it in a post office mailbox in Cincinnati is really odd, right? It makes me wonder why it ended up there. Was someone trying to send a message, or was it just a way to divert attention? Also, given that Springfield Township and Cincinnati aren't exactly next door, how did it get there so quickly after her disappearance? I'm not pointing fingers, but if someone wanted to frame it as a runaway situation, wouldn't they have done more to make it look that way? With no other personal items missing and her car still at home, it genuinely seems like a setup. Thoughts?
