Hey everyone, I was diving into Joan Marie Tetter's case again, and something kept bugging me. Has anyone else noticed the lack of public outreach initiatives from the Tampa Police Department over the years? I mean, considering how cold cases sometimes get breaks due to renewed media attention or community involvement, it's perplexing how quiet this particular case has been. Could it be due to the limited details they have, or is it something else? There have been other cold cases from the '80s with less info that got media campaigns and had breakthroughs. Anyone else have thoughts or insights into why this might be the case here?
