I stumbled across the case of Harvey Kays recently, and something that's been on my mind is the community's role in spreading awareness about his disappearance. I read that his family organized events and vigils to keep his story alive. This effort to maintain public attention seems crucial, especially in small communities like Lawrenceburg. With so many years having passed since he went missing, I wonder if these gatherings sparked any new leads or rekindled dormant memories that could help the investigation? If any locals or people involved in the case are here, I'd love to hear about how these efforts might have impacted the search for Harvey over the years. It's amazing to see prolonged community support, but it must be tough for the family to keep fighting for answers without clear progress.
