Does anyone else find it odd that Rex's boat was discovered with the steering wheel twisted and the throttle set to full? It seems too deliberate. Was he forced to accelerate quickly? And that two-foot hole in the bow... it's hard to believe it was just an accident. The fact that his personal items were found on the beach rather than in the boat makes me think someone might have tampered with the scene. Maybe those other boaters know more than they've shared. It's terrible how 30 years later, we're still left with so many questions. Any theories on what might've happened that day?
