Has anyone looked into the possibility of a connection between Katrina's case and the other missing women in the area around that time? I understand there's no formal link, but it seems like more than a coincidence that multiple women in similar situations disappeared or were murdered. Are there any local rumors or patterns that might point to a deeper investigation being warranted? This could be the work of a single perpetrator who just hasn't been caught yet. It also breaks my heart to think that her case might not have received the same attention or resources just because of the surrounding circumstances. What do you all think about this angle?
Has anyone here looked into the possibility of there being a serial offender operating in the Woonsocket area around the early '90s? Katrina McVeigh's case seems eerily similar to a few other unsolved disappearances and murders from that time.
