I was re-reading the details of Lomax's disappearance, and I can't stop thinking about the untouched plate of food. It seems like such an odd detail that his friend dropped by with leftovers, and then it was just left there. Did something happen to Lomax right as he left his relatives' house that he never even made it home to begin with? Or did someone know he lived alone and took that opportunity to do something to him after Thanksgiving Day? And here's another thing that's been bothering me: If Lomax always walked and didn’t drive, wouldn’t someone in the neighborhood have seen him or noticed something unusual as he walked home? It just makes you wonder about the timing and if there are pieces of this case we've all missed. Anyone else have theories about the route he might have taken or potential people he could've encountered on such a familiar path?

Hey everyone, I've been looking into the case of Lomax from Saratoga, Arkansas, and something curious stood out to me. From what I've read, Lomax didn’t drive at all and always walked, which got me thinking about the route he might have taken when he vanished. It's puzzling because you’d expect someone who walked everywhere to have been known around the neighborhood, right? It makes me wonder if anyone along that presumed route might have seen him or noticed anything unusual that day. Considering it was Thanksgiving, maybe there was more traffic or people around than usual? Also, the fact that he carried large sums of cash is concerning—if that was common knowledge, it would have made him a target. I just keep thinking about possible witnesses; even a small town has people out and about, and holidays tend to draw out more folks. Has anyone come across any local accounts or stories from people who might have been living in the area back then? It feels like there has to be someone who at least saw him passing by. This case has so many baffling angles... ?
