Has anyone else been following the trial related to Carol Welch's murder? While I’m relieved there was some form of justice with the suspects receiving prison sentences, I can't stop thinking about how Carol’s life ended so senselessly. Knowing she and the others were taken over something so petty is profoundly upsetting. Carol was just 27, with so much life ahead of her, her future brutally stolen. It’s terrifying to think how easily greed and the allure of drugs can lead to such violence. My heart goes out to her family and friends who have had to endure this nightmare. Has there been any news about how they’re doing? It must be an incredibly hard path to find any sense of peace after losing someone in such a horrific way.

Hey everyone, I wanted to discuss a detail about the Carol E. Welch case that's been on my mind. From what I gathered, it seems the intruders wore gloves to avoid leaving fingerprints. It makes you think about the level of premeditation that was involved. They came prepared, which is particularly chilling to me. It's moments like these that make us wonder how individuals can plan something so atrocious and carry it out without a second thought. My heart goes out to Carol's family and the families of the other victims. I can't imagine the anguish they must feel knowing it was plotted out this way. Hoping for more awareness around targeted robberies and for justice and peace for all affected. Would love to hear what others think about the premeditated nature of this crime.
