Has anyone looked into the car damage Monroe had shortly after Donna disappeared? I haven’t seen any solid info on whether it was related to her going missing or not. Given the context of their relationship and the violence reported, it seems odd that any potential clues from that incident weren't pursued more thoroughly. You'd think the police would have really dug into everything they could with his car, especially considering how sketchy he behaved afterward. Wondering if maybe there was some lapse in evidence collection due to the times, or if Monroe's sudden death put a damper on pursuing further leads. Anyone know if this angle was ever fully investigated or if any evidence was collected?
