Does anyone know if there were any security cameras in the vicinity of where Douglas Spear was found? I read somewhere that this area of Dayton had a few businesses and some residential buildings. It’s really frustrating to think that maybe there could be some footage out there that might help. I can't even imagine how hard this is for his family, having more questions than answers for so many years. I truly hope that someone who might know something, even the smallest detail, will come forward soon. This community deserves to feel safe again, and his family deserves peace. Anyone have any insights on how camera footage is usually handled in cases like this?
