Hey everyone, stumbled on the case of Laverne Morrow while browsing, and something caught my attention. I noticed that Laverne was living in the North 23rd Street and East Taylor area. I used to live near there around the same time, and if I remember correctly, there was a lot of redevelopment happening back then. Does anyone know if construction or any changes in that neighborhood could have played a role in her disappearance? Sometimes those areas become kind of transient, and people’s routines get disrupted. Just wondering if anyone else from that part of Phoenix recalls anything unusual during that period. Let me know what you think!
