I’ve been following Delvin Jones’s case and something keeps nagging at me. I wonder about the role that community dynamics might play in unsolved cases like this. I mean, sometimes people might know something but are too scared to come forward, maybe because they fear retaliation or don’t trust law enforcement. It’s such a tragic loss for Delvin's family and every year that passes without answers must weigh heavily on them. So many of these cases hinge on someone coming forward with that crucial piece of information. Do you think that increasing community outreach or fostering better relationships between police and local residents could make a difference in situations like this? I just hope that somehow, some way, someone who knows something finds the courage to speak up and help bring peace to Delvin’s loved ones.
