Does anyone else find it strange how Billie Jo Hughes just vanished after heading toward the pay phone? I've been following this case for a while, and that intersection off Highway 8 and 20 seems like a key spot. It's such a busy area, you would think someone else might have seen something or noticed her after she left.
It's concerning her mom only found out Billie Jo was missing a week later. Given her regular check-ins, that seems off.
