Just wanted to share my thoughts on Carey Barnes' case. It's just terrifying to think that something like this could happen in the supposed safety of your own home. My heart goes out to Carey's family and friends during this difficult time.
Even though one suspect took a plea deal, I’m still left wondering about the full motive behind this horrendous crime. It was clearly targeted, but why? What did they want from Carey that was worth taking his life away? I hope anyone with more information will come forward so his loved ones can find some measure of peace and justice. If anyone here knows more or has theories, please share. Let’s keep the conversation going to ensure Carey is never forgotten.
It's infuriating to think about the trauma Carey's loved ones must be enduring after such a brutal and senseless crime. Home should be a sanctuary, not a place where horrors like this unfold. The courage of Carey's girlfriend, who had to live through that terrifying experience, is unimaginable. It's devastating for the entire community to know that even with arrests, the complete story behind the motive isn't out there yet.
