Hey everyone, I was digging through some old records and noticed something curious about Pamela Sue Dyson's disappearance. Anybody else find it odd that she wasn't reported missing until six months after she vanished? I wonder if there was something going on in her personal life that could've led to that delay. It's not every day you hear about such a long gap before a missing report is filed. Did her family have trouble believing she was really gone, or was there something else at play here? Would love to hear any thoughts or theories!
Hello, I'm new to this web site. There is so little information given here. Did she have a boyfriend? Were there persons of interest interviewed? Is she "missing" or presumed dead? Has a death certificate been issued?

You're right to seek more detailed information about Pamela Sue Dyson's disappearance. Unfortunately, public records and available sources that I have looked at provide limited details beyond the basic facts.

There is no publicly available information indicating whether Pamela had a boyfriend at the time of her disappearance. No individuals have been publicly named as persons of interest or suspects in her case.

Pamela was reported missing by her sister, Mary Kessler, in October 2003, approximately six months after she was last seen. It is sad authoraties have since lost contact with Mary Kessler but have expressed a desire to interview her and other family members to gather more information.

Pamela's case remains classified as an "endangered missing" person. There is no public record of a death certificate being issued for her, indicating that she is still officially listed as missing.

If you have any information regarding Pamela Sue Dyson's disappearance, please contact the El Cajon Police Department at (619) 579-3320. They continue to seek leads that might shed light on her case.

I've been following Pamela Sue Dyson's case for a while and recently came across something that really stood out to me. Did anyone else find it odd that she wasn't reported missing until six months after she was last seen? I know sometimes people lose touch for a bit, but six months seems like a long time for family to not have any contact. I wonder if there was a reason her sister waited that long before reaching out. Maybe someone local to El Cajon recalls seeing her around that time? It's been over 20 years, but anything at this point might help piece this together. What do you all think?
Has anyone looked into the apartment complex where Pamela Sue Dyson lived? I've been curious if anyone else from there reported anything suspicious around the time she disappeared. It seems odd that nothing concrete has turned up in such a densely populated area. Sometimes neighbors might notice things that seem trivial at the time but could be important. I wonder if law enforcement did a thorough canvas of the building and talked to everyone. For cases like this, revisiting areas with fresh eyes might help trigger someone's memory. Does anyone know if they plan to re-interview potential witnesses in the area?
