I've been following the Yates case for a while, and something's been bugging me about it. Does anyone else find it odd that there were no reported sightings of Yates returning to his truck or even arriving at the fishing spot? Rover's a tiny place, and you’d think someone might have noticed him. Did anyone try checking with locals who might've seen him that day aside from the store? Plus, there's that long stretch of County Road 130 where his truck was found. It seems like such a lonely spot, almost like the perfect place if someone wanted to make sure no one saw anything. I wonder if any motorists passing through reported seeing anything strange on their drive.

I've been following the Yates case for a while now, and something that's been bugging me is about the convenience store sighting in Rover. Does anyone know if there were any CCTV cameras there back in 2003? I feel like any footage might provide more insight into his state of mind or if anyone was with him. Also, if anyone local knows staff or regulars from that time who might have seen anything, it could be worth a revisit. It just seems like such a pivotal point before he disappeared. What do you guys think?
