Does anyone else find it unsettling how there hasn't been a lot of public focus on the type of car Martavious and Glen were in? I mean, cars have so many digital footprints nowadays—GPS data, infotainment systems, etc. Could any of that have been useful in this case? It feels like in similar cases, the type of vehicle and any tech associated with it get at least a tiny mention. Maybe the police have looked into it, but it just hasn’t been released publicly? It’s just really frustrating to think there could be overlooked angles to an already tragic situation. Martavious and Glen's families deserve some closure after all these years, and I’m hoping that any missed details come to light soon. Thinking of the families who’ve been left hanging and wishing them strength.
I’ve been reading through the unsolved cases in Columbus, and the one about Martavious Arnold and Glen Simley really stood out to me, especially because it happened during a weekend that seemed so chaotic. It’s hard to imagine what their families are going through, knowing that their loved ones were taken away like that on what should have been a festive holiday weekend.
I’m curious about the location—the intersection of Oakwood and Forest. Do any locals have insights into that area during 2013? Was it known for certain activities or issues that might shed some light on why this happened there specifically? It’s frustrating to see these cases remain unsolved, and I wonder if anyone out there has information or memories that could piece together what led to this tragedy. My thoughts are with those who knew Martavious and Glen. Crossing my fingers that new details will emerge to bring some answers.
