I’ve been following the Fuentes case and something keeps bugging me. His car was found in Rapid City, which is quite a bit off track from where he said he was going. If he was supposed to be headed to Chicago, why would his car end up in Rapid City the next day? Was his friend from that area, or did something happen that made him take a detour? It seems odd, and I wonder if his friend was ever identified or if they have more information about his identity. It feels like we’re missing a piece of the puzzle here. Has anyone come across more info on this supposed friend or any reasons why someone might end up in Rapid City?
Has anyone noticed the odd location of Fuentes's car? Rapid City, Illinois isn't exactly on the direct route to Chicago from Elgin. I keep wondering why his car was found there, and what might have led him to take that path. Is it possible he took a detour for some reason? Did he have connections in Rapid City or was something else going on? It's been so long, and I can't shake this feeling that there's a clue in there somewhere. Anyone familiar with the area who might have some insights?
Hey everyone,
I've been digging into the mysterious case of Victor Fuentes and something that's been on my mind is the location where his car was found. Rapid City, Illinois is quite a drive from where he said he'd be going. It's puzzling why his car ended up there if he was supposed to be heading to Chicago. Does anyone have any insights into what might have drawn him or someone else to Rapid City? It doesn't seem like a place you'd just randomly end up in, especially if you're on a planned route. Any thoughts or theories would be appreciated! ?
