I’ve been following Helena Fells’ case for a while now, and something that often gets overlooked is the role of the environmental cleanup crew in finding her remains. It’s interesting how a team working on something completely unrelated to law enforcement ended up making such a crucial discovery. If they hadn’t been there that day, who knows how much longer it would have taken for any clues to surface? It really makes you wonder about all the other leads or evidence that might still be out there just waiting to be stumbled upon. The work they do might not typically get lots of attention in missing persons cases, but in Helena's situation, it was pivotal. Has anyone heard of other cases where cleanup crews or similar groups have played a part in finding missing persons?
