Hey everyone, I’ve been following Quincy Storey's case for a while now, and I wanted to talk about the impact that the Trevitt and Atcheson Crips had on the King-Lincoln District in Columbus. The level of fear they instilled in the community was absolutely terrifying. I can't imagine what it must have been like for people living there, constantly worried about gang retaliation or getting caught in the crossfire of their violent acts. It really makes you wonder about the long-lasting effects this kind of atmosphere has on a community. I mean, how do people go about their daily lives knowing that at any moment, something could happen? It must be incredibly difficult. It’s reassuring to see that law enforcement took significant steps to bring these criminals to justice, but the scars on the community must run pretty deep. Losing Quincy and others to this senseless violence is such a tragedy. My thoughts are with all the families who have had to endure such loss, and I hope they find some form of peace knowing that those responsible are being held accountable. How do you all think communities can heal after experiencing something like this? Would love to hear your thoughts.
