I’ve been following Renee Pernice's case for a while, and I can't stop thinking about the phone records from the day she disappeared. Does anyone know if there was ever any further info released about who she might've contacted before she went missing? It seems so odd that someone so responsible, like a nurse and mother of three, would just leave her phone behind on purpose. Given her background, you’d think she would keep her phone close, right? I know Shon claimed she walked out on her own, but wouldn't her phone records give some kind of clue if that was true or if she reached out to anyone for help? It's frustrating how these details sometimes get overlooked in the bigger narrative, especially in the absence of a body. I wonder if there was any unusual activity in the days leading up to her disappearance that might suggest she was preparing for something or if she confided in someone. Anyone else think this might be key to understanding more of what happened to her?

Hey everyone, I've been following Renee Pernice's case for a while, and something that really stands out to me is the timeline of events right after she was last seen. It's so puzzling that Shon was spotted dumping those trash bags just a few days after her disappearance. Does anyone else think this was a critical error on his part? I mean, it seems like such a risky move if he was trying to cover something up. I'm also curious about the specifics of what was found in the bags and how that evidence played into his plea deal. Does anyone know more about what the forensics team was able to determine from the items recovered, especially the bloodstains? Would love to hear everyone’s thoughts on this aspect of the case.

Has anyone else been down a rabbit hole researching no-body homicide cases after learning about Renee Pernice's disappearance? It's really fascinating (and a bit eerie) how someone can be convicted without a body being found. Shon's confession seems pretty suspicious considering he never revealed where Renee's remains are. I wonder if there's more going on here that we don't know about. It's just so sad for Renee's family not to have any closure after all these years. Does anyone know how often convictions like this actually happen and hold up?
