Hey all, I've been following the John Weisbecker case, and something's been bugging me. Why was John's wallet missing but had no bank activity afterwards? It seems odd to me. If there was no intention of using the bank cards or cash, why take the wallet at all? Could it have been a tactic to make it look like John left on his own? Or maybe someone did it to delay his identification if something happened to him? It makes me wonder about any connections he might've had where someone knew him well enough to think through such details. Anyone else have thoughts on what this might mean?

I’ve been following John Weisbecker’s case for a while, and one detail that always sticks out to me is the fact that his car was left in the driveway. If John had planned on going somewhere voluntarily or was taken against his will, I’ve always wondered why the car wasn’t used. Could the person responsible have lived close by, or was there another car involved that wasn’t noticed? It’s strange considering how most abductions involve the victim’s vehicle at some point. With no reports from neighbors seeing or hearing anything suspicious around that time, the situation seems even more puzzling. If John knew the person who came to the house, maybe it didn’t seem odd enough for neighbors to take note. What do you all think? Does this aspect of the case suggest anything specific about who might have been involved?
