I was looking into Robert Peters' case and noticed something that seemed like it could be significant. He was last seen asking for directions twice within a short span of time, which suggests he might have been more confused than just your average lost camper moment. As someone who has a family member with diabetes, I understand how quickly things can go south if insulin levels get out of balance. It's terrifying how disoriented a person can become, potentially without realizing it themselves. What I find puzzling is that even with all his belongings left at the campsite, including his vehicle, there’s no trace at all, not even in areas where you’d expect searchers to stumble across something. Has anyone else considered the search area could have been focused too close to where he was last seen, potentially missing a wider range where he might have wandered off, or should authorities have expanded their search radius after the first few days? Anyone from the area have thoughts on terrain challenges that could have been overlooked?
