Has anyone looked into weather conditions during the day Nicholas Lutz went missing? I was reading about how quickly tides can change along the Oregon coast, and it’s got me wondering if maybe the tide played a significant role in Nicholas's disappearance. There’s a chance the currents could have carried him farther out to sea, especially if they've already found his friend's body in the ocean. It’s such a rugged area, and weather can change so swiftly. Does anyone have insight into how local weather impacts search and rescue operations or if there's any data about conditions on that specific day back in 2009?
