Has anyone looked into the possibility that Cesar and Gerardo were victims of an abduction? I was reading about how back in 2010, there were a lot of reports of people being kidnapped along the Texas-Mexico border. The region was dealing with some really tense cartel activity around that time, and Nuevo Laredo was known for being a hotspot. Could it be possible that they were targeted for some reason, possibly mistaken identity or maybe they got caught up in something unintentionally? It's puzzling how both brothers vanished without any trace left behind. I hope investigators are considering all angles, including the potential involvement of organized crime in their disappearance. Anyone else have thoughts on this or any other theories?
Has anyone looked into the theory that Cesar and Gerardo's disappearance might be linked to the increased cartel activities around the border around 2010? The fact that they were last seen heading towards Nuevo Laredo, an area that has been notorious for such activities, just seems like an angle worth exploring. I remember reading some reports back then about heightened tensions and kidnappings in the region. It's frustrating that after all these years, there hasn't been any solid lead. Maybe someone who was in the area at the time might recall something unusual? Any local insights or experiences could potentially be helpful, and hopefully, bring some information to light. Let's keep the discussion going and hope for a breakthrough.
