Anyone else find it really strange how Bonnie's case was quiet for so many years? I can't stop thinking about how it feels like so many key pieces seemed to have surfaced all at once in 2018. It's intriguing how Roger Carroll was on the radar for so long but nothing concrete happened until nearly 8 years later. Makes you wonder what changed behind the scenes to connect those dots finally. Was it new evidence, a slip-up on Carroll's part, or just sheer perseverance from the investigators? I find it quite remarkable and frustrating in equal measure that some cases can stay cold for that long. Cases like Bonnie's show just how crucial those little details are.
