I’ve been thinking about the last known sighting of David on North Bullard Street. It was around 9:00 p.m. on Halloween night, and the area would have been busy with trick-or-treaters and other festivities. Has anyone looked into any event logs or police reports from that night that might provide more context about what the street was like at that hour? Maybe someone noticed something or saw David talking to someone. With so many people around, it seems like there might be a witness who hasn’t come forward yet. Anyone familiar with the area or who was out that night have thoughts on this?
