I recently came across Antonio "Chato" Nunez Jr.'s story, and it's just been on my mind constantly. How awful for his younger brother and uncle to not only witness such violence but also to be victims themselves. I can't even imagine the trauma they're enduring. What stands out to me is the sheer senselessness of the attack—no involvement in gang activity, just an innocent teenager with big dreams. Does anyone have insight on why the authorities believe it’s gang-related even though neither Antonio nor his brother had ties? It makes me wonder if there’s a deeper story or potentially a case of mistaken identity? I feel for the family and the community grappling with such a gaping loss. It's important for us to keep talking about him, keep those tips coming in, and hopefully bring the family some form of justice and peace. Antonio sounded like such a remarkable young man, destined for a bright future.
