Has anyone else looked into whether Matthew's mental health might have played a role in his disappearance? With his bipolar disorder and lack of access to medication, it seems possible that he could have experienced a serious mental health episode after his release. If he was disoriented or confused, he might have ended up in a completely different area or even figured ways to stay under the radar unintentionally. It's troubling to think about, but perhaps expanding the search to locations not initially considered could yield new leads. Anyone with experience or thoughts on similar cases?
