I’ve been following the Deborah Ann Heriford case, and one aspect that really stands out to me is the timing of the estranged husband's response to the dog being found. It's just so odd—Deborah's Westie was found on April 1st, but her husband didn't get back to anyone until April 3rd, the exact day she was officially reported missing. I just can't wrap my head around why there would be such a delay, especially with family tensions already running high due to the restraining orders from their daughters. It makes me wonder if there was something more going on behind the scenes that we don't know about yet. It's also eerie how the dog was tied up just a short distance from her home. Anyone else have thoughts on why the response was so delayed?

I’ve been following Deborah Ann Heriford's case and find the discovery of her tied-up dog so peculiar. Why would someone go through the effort of tying up the dog behind a business if they intended to harm its owner? It seems like whoever did this wanted the dog to be found and taken care of. Could this have been a way to send a message or just a strange coincidence? Plus, the delay in response from her estranged husband when the dog was found seems off to me. What are everyone's thoughts on why the dog was left like that?

Hey everyone, I've been following Deborah Ann Heriford's case, and something that's been bugging me is the timing concerning the discovery of her dog. The dog was found tied up behind a business relatively soon after she disappeared, but the estranged husband, who was listed on the dog's tag, didn't respond until two days later. That's a significant delay, especially given the circumstances! I'm curious why the dog was left in such an exposed location and what might have happened during those two days. Could it have been a message or a way to divert attention from what truly happened? The area it was found in—was it well-traveled or more secluded? It's just odd because you’d think the husband would be anxious to know where both Deborah and the dog were, especially since there seemed to be ongoing family tensions and legal matters. Would love to hear other thoughts on what the connection could be, if any, and if anyone familiar with the area has more insights into that specific location.
