Hey everyone, I was just going over the details of Cecil O. Baker’s case, and something stuck out to me that I wanted to discuss. It’s about the vehicle he was driving—a light green 1994 Geo Metro hatchback. Given that it’s such a distinct and somewhat outdated car, wouldn’t it catch somebody’s attention if it’s still around somewhere? I mean, I’d think a car like that would be easier to spot compared to more common models. It makes me wonder if anyone’s thought of expanding the search to look specifically for the car in junkyards or rural areas where an abandoned vehicle might be less conspicuous. Just throwing ideas out here in hopes of stirring something up. Thoughts? Has anyone looked into this angle?
I’ve been digging through details of Cecil O. Baker’s case, and something that stands out to me is the fact that he was driving such a distinct vehicle—a light green 1994 Geo Metro. It’s the kind of car that would catch your eye, you know? You don’t see many of those on the road anymore. Given this, it’s puzzling how both the car and Cecil disappeared without a trace.
I wonder if the unique color and model might help jog someone's memory. Have any of you seen cases where the vehicle played a crucial role in breaking a case open, even years later? I keep thinking there must be someone out there who remembers seeing that green Geo Metro back in 2011. Maybe a roadside stop or parked somewhere unusual? Any thoughts on how vehicle sightings have helped in other cases? Let’s keep brainstorming.
