I’ve been following Nancy Reagey's case for a while, and something keeps nagging at me. Nancy had known medical issues, but details are scarce about what they entailed. If anyone has any insight into this, could it give us clarity on why she might have wandered off or if she was possibly seeking medical help that morning? It's puzzling that there haven't been any sightings or clues, especially in a small town where it seems like someone would have noticed her. The lack of information on her condition seems like a crucial gap in understanding the full picture of her disappearance. Anyone local to Buckland with more context on this?

Has anyone considered the possibility that Nancy Reagey may have just needed some time alone? I know it's been a really long time, but sometimes people with medical issues can feel overwhelmed. I'm not saying she definitely chose to disappear, but maybe she walked away looking for peace or solitude without intending for it to become permanent. If that's the case, she might have found temporary shelter somewhere or possibly even tried to blend into a nearby community. People can be really resourceful when they're trying to start over or find some quiet. I know it's a stretch, especially after all these years, but perhaps it might be worth revisiting local shelters or community centers that might not have been contacted back then. Just hoping to spark some new ideas to help bring resolution to this case.
