Hey everyone, I came across an interesting piece of the Bianca Jones case that I haven't seen much discussion about. Did you all know that three different cadaver dogs independently detected the scent of human remains in D'Andre Lane's home and car? I've always found the use of cadaver dogs in investigations fascinating. In this case, it really raised the stakes against Lane after initially only having his sketchy carjacking story. Seems unusual to have multiple dogs hit on something like that unless there was something solid to it, right? Despite that, there's still no physical evidence—no body, no crime scene. Would love to hear what everyone thinks about the reliability of these cadaver dog alerts in cases like this. Can they be the smoking gun in court without additional evidence, or are they just one piece of a much larger puzzle?
