I was reading up on Michael Needham’s case and came across something that really made me reflect on community safety. I mean, he was just in the parking lot of his own business—somewhere he probably felt secure. It’s unsettling to think that someone could be so at risk in what should feel like a safe environment. The fact that the Needham family is urging people to come forward with information, offering such a substantial reward, speaks volumes not only about their grief but also their determination to find justice for Michael. I can't even begin to imagine how hard it must be for them, living each day without answers. I wish there was more I could do than just share this and hope someone out there knows something. If you've ever worked in that area or know anything, please consider coming forward. It doesn't make sense for a person to just disappear after committing such an act, and it’s so important that whoever did this is stopped before they hurt someone else. Let's keep this conversation going until there's justice for Michael and his family.
