Has anyone looked into the timing of James Anthony Shaw's disappearance in relation to other known criminal activities in Las Vegas in the early '70s? I’ve been reading about organized crime during that era, and it's wild how much of it overlapped with the kind of personal disputes Shaw apparently had. The argument with Robert Weeks is a solid lead, but the fact that Weeks was never charged makes me wonder if there was more to the story. Could there have been other influences or pressures at play? It's scary to think about how the criminal underworld could have impacted this case, especially if Weeks had connections helping him cover things up. It’s still frustrating that despite everything, justice was never fully served in Shaw's case. There always seems to be more layers in these cold cases than we ever get to see.
