I found it interesting that the area where Cora's car was found, Moose Creek Campground, seems pretty remote, especially back in 1979. I wonder if anyone familiar with that area back then can chime in on whether it was a popular spot for any particular activities or groups of people? It might help to understand why her car ended up there. From what I've read, it sounds like it'd be a destination someone might only go if they had a specific reason in mind. Also, has there been any talk about wildlife in the area? Just a thought I had while going through some old news clippings!

I've been diving deep into Cora Andersen's case, and something keeps gnawing at me. Did anyone else notice the odd timing between when she was last seen and when her car was found? It’s only a nine-day gap, but the distance between Eureka Lodge and Moose Creek Campground is pretty far apart. Does anyone know if that area was well-traveled back in '79? It just seems strange that her car was left in a spot where no one noticed it for several days. Maybe someone local or someone familiar with that area back then could have insights into whether it makes sense for her car to be there or if it feels out of character for the location and timeframe. Hoping to hear your thoughts or hear from those familiar with the region.

It's been baffling to me how Cora's car ended up at Moose Creek Campground when she was last seen leaving the Eureka Lodge. Has anyone looked into whether Moose Creek was a place she frequented or if it was known to her for some reason? It feels like there must be some connection that we're missing. Can't stop thinking that someone might have seen her or noticed something unusual around that area but maybe didn't realize the significance at the time. If anyone recalls anything from that area during that period, even if it seems minor, it might help us piece together her movements and what happened.
