I recently started diving into the details of Kenneth Eugene Deal’s tragic case, and something that really stands out to me is the sheer brutality of the attack. It’s hard to wrap my head around how someone could inflict such violence on another person. What's even more baffling is that Kenneth lived for almost a year after the assault. This must have been a tremendously difficult period not just for him, enduring the pain, but also for his family and friends who had to watch him suffer and eventually say goodbye when his body could no longer fight. I can only imagine how painful it must have been for his loved ones to see Kenneth in that state and be reminded of the crime every day. I truly hope that by revisiting these details and spreading awareness, someone out there might remember something that could help law enforcement crack this case. Kenneth, and his family, deserve that much at the very least. Every new eye on these facts is a step closer to the justice he deserves.
