Hey everyone, I've been following the Harold Jeffrey Mays disappearance for a while now and one thing that's always puzzled me is the Sea Ox itself. I mean, it's said to be an "unsinkable" boat, kind of like a safety net while you're out there in the unpredictable ocean. But given its reputation, I'm really baffled how it, along with both men, just vanished without a trace. Could it have been modified in some way that compromised its design? Or did it encounter something out there that even the "unsinkable" couldn't withstand? The ocean is full of surprises, but something about this particular aspect just seems off to me. Anyone else looked into the boat's specs or similar incidents with these kinds of boats?
