I came across the case of Juan Lugo Pastor recently, and I can't stop thinking about it. It’s so terrifying to think he was just visiting a friend and ended up losing his life so senselessly. I feel for Irma Quezada and Francisco Pena, who were there and had to experience such a traumatic event. The descriptions of the suspects are unfortunately vague, wearing dark clothing, which must make it incredibly difficult for the police to pin down. I wonder if advances in technology or new witness testimonies might finally help provide clarity and justice for Juan and his family. It’s so important to keep talking about these cold cases—someone out there knows something, and keeping the conversation going might just encourage them to come forward. My heart goes out to everyone affected by this crime.
