I’ve been following Patrick Battles III's case, and something that really sticks in my mind is his ambition. The articles mention he was an aspiring entrepreneur, and I can't help but think about all the potential and dreams that were senselessly taken away. It's truly gut-wrenching to imagine what he could have achieved. I read that he worked for the Council on Aging and seemed to care deeply for his community. It’s so cruel that a young person working towards a better future could be caught in something like this. Does anyone in the Alexandria area know more about the businesses he was interested in starting or his plans for the future? It might give us a better understanding of who he was and what he stood for. Keeping Patrick's family and friends in my thoughts as they navigate this devastating time.
