I can't help but think about how scary it must have been for the people living or working near the crash site when it happened. Hearing a gunshot and then a car crashing into a building is truly terrifying. My heart goes out to Vincent Patrick Collier's family and friends, and also to the witnesses who had to experience such a traumatic event. It's reassuring that the police are treating it as an isolated incident, but I’m sure the community is on edge. I hope they can find some peace of mind soon. The fact that the person of interest was found so close by, near a busy area like a McDonald's, makes me wonder if they were trying to blend in or had second thoughts after what happened. It's haunting to think that something like this can unfold so close to places we go every day. Here's hoping the investigation yields answers and justice for Vincent and his loved ones.
