Local businesses and community leaders came together almost immediately to create a memorial fund for Vilisoni Angilau and offered counseling services for those affected by the violence. It’s clear that everyone is feeling the weight of this loss deeply, especially considering the circumstances. I hope the family finds some comfort in knowing that they’re not alone and that so many people stand with them. It’s hard to imagine what they’re going through, but coming together as a community can hopefully provide some solace.
