I’ve been digging through old records and came across something that might connect to Theodore "Teddy" William Garrison's case. Has anyone else looked into any connections he might have had within the music scene in Kansas City around 1991? I know that spot on Troost Avenue is known for having lively music venues back in the day, and it got me thinking. If he was going by "Speed," could he have been involved with any bands or events around that time? Even local rumors or stories could be helpful. With so many name variations, he might have slipped through the cracks in those circles. Just throwing this out there to see if it rings a bell with anyone or if someone might have a lead from back then. Let's keep the discussion going, every small bit could count.
