Theodore William Garrison, a 29-year-old man, was last seen on July 29, 1991, in Kansas City, Missouri. He was spotted at 6308 Troost Avenue, and after that, he disappeared under mysterious circumstances. Foul play is suspected in his case, though no concrete leads have emerged regarding what might have happened to him. Garrison, who may have also been known by the names Ted, William T.
