Hey everyone, I've been following the Refugio Isaguirre case from Seguin, Texas, and something interesting caught my attention that I don't think has been discussed much. Refugio was last seen in the evening, near 6:00 p.m. on January 5, 1992. With him having Alzheimer's and epilepsy, I wonder if his familiarity with the specific area where he was last seen played a role in how far he might have wandered or in what direction. Seguin isn’t a huge city, but back in the early 90s, it might have been less developed compared to today. Does anyone know if the area where he was spotted had any natural landmarks or places he might have gravitated toward—like parks, rivers, or even places from his past—especially considering his condition? It might help narrow down potential places of interest. If anyone from the area or with local knowledge can weigh in, it might give us new angles to consider. Thanks!
