Refugio Isaguirre, an 81-year-old man from Seguin, Texas, was last seen on January 5, 1992. At the time of his disappearance, Isaguirre, who was suffering from Alzheimer's disease and epilepsy, was reportedly seen on San Antonio Street in Seguin at around 6:00 p.m. He was wearing a long-sleeved light-colored shirt, tan or brown pants, house slippers or shoes, and a white hat.
