At the time of his disappearance, Isaguirre, who was suffering from Alzheimer's disease and epilepsy, was reportedly seen on San Antonio Street in Seguin at around 6:00 p.m. He was wearing a long-sleeved light-colored shirt, tan or brown pants, house slippers or shoes, and a white hat.
