I've been following Belinda Gardella's case, and it's incredibly disturbing to think about the inconsistencies in Paul Gardella's accounts. Why did he have so many different versions of what happened that night? It seems like every time he told the story, it was a bit different. This inconsistency would stand out in any investigation. And the forensic review suggesting the attack angle doesn’t match up with the story of a random assailant reaching in through the passenger side just deepens the mystery. It makes you wonder what really happened in those crucial moments. It's so sad for Belinda's children not to have clarity or justice all these years later. I can't imagine the frustration and pain they've gone through watching their mother’s case remain unresolved for decades. What do you all think? Does anyone know if there have been any recent pushes to reexamine older evidence with today’s forensic technology?
